Our prices for each of our services depend so much on your pets' needs as well as your budget, therefore, it is essential to fully disclose all pets and duties that will need to be tended to, so that when we have our free "Meet and Greet", neither PetzrFamily2 or you are faced with any surprises.
Our phone quote is only an estimate for services until we have our actual meeting. In addition, there may be times after an initial visit where care was different or longer than expected and you may be billed for the additional time (we will certainly let you know if this occurs). Because we want the very best for your furkids (as you do), a longer service time (and at times a shorter one) may be discussed with the client for the next vacation to better meet their needs.

1. A la Carte Visit
Description:
Pamper your pets as much as you like while you are at work, off to the beach, or just need an extra hand. This package is flexible to meet your busy needs. A la carte also meets the needs of the person on the go who needs an "on-call" service. Stuck at work late, impromptu dinner out, caught in traffic, call or text PetzRFamily2. Offering 1-5 days per week of neighborhood walks, rolls in the park, ball and tug of war or just good ‘ole love and cuddling while you can’t be with your “baby”. Starting at $35 per visit.

For convenience, purchase 10 visits (starting at $300.00 @ $30 per visit) For the person on the go, purchase "on-call", "a la carte" service (Napa only, please) @ $35.00-$40.00 per visit.

3. Working Professionals Package
Let us “baby” your baby while you are away….and we will play. This service is targeted for the business professional that works longs hours out of the home or the very busy person who knows their furry friend needs exercise, but just doesn't have the time.
This package includes:
-Up to 5 days a week with minimum 30-minute per day
-On-leash journey around the neighborhood.
-Daily activity log. (Monthly regular clients may purchase 10 visits at a discount (Please call us for a personal quote). However, this must be used in one month.

4. Potty Breaks (short Visits) - Puppies and Seniors only Please

Do you have a puppy just learning about waiting, but can't wait? Or a senior dog that can't last until you get home from work? Let PetzRFamily2 drop in midday to help give your friend a potty break.

(20-minute visit, $20.00-$25.00 plus mileage surcharge if out of BV area).
Please note: "Potty Breaks" are used for puppies and seniors, or dogs with medical conditions, only.

5. Pet Taxi
Description:
For the busy professional or when life just gets too hectic…PetzRFamily2 will transport your pet safely to and from their appointments…to the groomer, vet, to and from boarding facilities or even to say hello to you at the office! We carry a pet seat cover in our car to safely and cleanly hold your pet in the back seat, along with pet restraints (harnesses with tiedowns). Crates are also available upon request, as well as a full enclosed cargo area in our CRV. If you would like us to chaperone your pet while at a vet appointment or groomer, regular pet sitting, vacation rates apply based on the length of the visit.
Pricing:
Mileage surcharge will apply if location is outside the City of Napa. Please call for a personal price quote.

6. Hotel Buddy (in-hotel Petsitting)
Description:
Who can leave their “baby” at home! With more and more pet-friendly hotels, we have the option of taking our friends with us when we travel. However, when it’s time to go out to dinner or to a winery, what do you do with your furry friend? PetzRFamily2’s “Hotel Buddies™” would love to come and play with your pet while you are out with the human folk! Whether it be a leisurely walk in the park, a run in a field, watching a sunset, playing ball, painting nails, or just plain and simple love and cuddling while you are away, we have you covered!
Pricing:
In-house hotel visits start at $35 per hour for one dog, $40 per hour for two dogs (weekday). Please call for a personal quote.

When you can't be with your loved one(s), let one of our trusted sitters come spend the night and help your furbaby keep to his/her same routine. Our night sitters will arrive no later than 9:30 pm and leave no earlier than 8:30 am (happy to also custom package for earlier arrival/later departure). We guarantee a minimum of 11 hours, but our stay is often longer (and always longer on weekends). "Slumber Party" visits include breakfast and a potty walk either in the AM or PM. Most guests prefer our premium package which includes a midday visit for play, potty and cuddles, as well as a dinner visit (additional charge for each visit). Additional visits can be arranged upon request.

"Slumber Party" visits start at $110 per night with "Premium Package" starting at $160 per day/night (includes 2 visits and overnight).

Cats are unique unto themselves, each with very different personalities. PetzRFamily2 knows that our feline friends can be independent, cuddle-bunnies, love to play or perhaps a unique combination. With your direction and our expertise, we will give your furried feline(s) lots of attention and love along with feeding/watering, litterbox cleanup, and playtime.

Kitty visits are $35 per visit (includes up to 2 cats per household; visits minimum 30 minutes).

10. Reiki For Animals
Sharing Reiki with animals is my passion. I began my Reiki practice with the two-legged folk, but it wasn't until I began my practice with animals, that I fully experienced the power of what Reiki could do. I began to feel like Dr. Doolitle as animals would come to me when I would come to a new household as if they knew what we could share together.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a wonderful healing energy for both people and for animals. Our pets' bodies, as well as our own bodies, have vital energy centers called "chakras, meridians and bio-fields". The mental state, physical body and emotional health all contribute to the health and balance of these systems. Negative states, such as fear, anxiety, illness, and trauma, create energetic blocks which ultimately if not returned to a balanced state may cause physical illness. Reiki is one way of returning the body's energy flow to a balanced, undisturbed state, thus promoting relaxation and good physical health. Reiki may also be used to to help your furbaby transition peacefully from his physical body.
How it works:
The beauty of Reiki is that it does not need to be hands-on. With animals, Reiki is usually offered to your furbaby while I am in a seated position on the floor near where they are the most comfortable. This might be under the bed, curled in a chair or even in the next room on their mat. Be assured that Reiki is still taking place even without hands being placed on your loved one. They even may choose to be in another room and/or choose to walk out of the room (often walking back in again).
Often the goal or "intention" of what the client wants for their furry loved one is not always the end result as it is really totally up to the furry one and what their body needs. Sometimes you will see instant results and other times not. Changes can be very subtle.
Logistics and Pricing:
A typical Reiki session will last from between 20 and 40 minutes while allowing for some follow-up time after the session. The cost for a Reiki session is $40 to $60 and I ask that your fur-baby be allowed to choose how long the session should run. The initial consultation/meeting for Reiki clients is $120 (which will include a Reiki session) and usually takes about 75 minutes. During this time, I will have the opportunity to get to know your loved one before the Reiki session, as well as go through some essential paperwork, answer any questions you might have and have a brief follow-up after the Reiki session.

I could tell she is good with dogs by the way she let him approach her.
We were in Napa on business and Cynthia was highly recommended by our hotel for our little one (3 year old Pomeranian) who gets separation anxiety in new places. We used their "Hotel Buddy" service.
Cynthia greeted us as we pulled up to our hotel and our dog instantly felt at ease with her. She was able to take him for a potty break after our long drive while my fiance and I checked in- huge help to be able to just hand him off quickly at arrival.
Our doggie was sad to see her go when the time came."
