-To provide the best possible care, an initial Meet and Greet must take place and all paperwork completed before any service can take place.
-A separate Legal Liability form will need to be signed before any service has begun.
-Payment is due 7 days after booking of service or 7 days before service starts which ever comes first, unless PetzRFamily2 chooses to waive this. First service must be paid at initial Meet and Greet.
~ Once service has begun, any change in service will receive credit to their account. No cash refunds will be given.
~Payment may be made by Venmo/PayPal, cash, or check. With prior arrangement you may leave payment in full in your home at time of first visit.
Fees may be higher if any of the following apply:
~ More than 2 dogs or 2 cats in the household require longer than the average service time.
~ Special requests which require additional time to perform.
~ Hospice situations or senior animals which require clean-up or multiple potty breaks at nights.
~ Some rates may vary due to individual situations or special circumstances which will be left up to the discretion of PetzRFamily2.
~ If service takes longer than paid service contract or additional expenses were incurred, client will be billed remaining balance and client is responsible for payment within 7 days.
"MEET AND GREET"
Introducing our virtual Meet and Greets, offered through Zoom or FaceTime. To limit face to face contact, we will go over paperwork, any questions, and “meet” the furkids . We can even do a preview of your home and item location while on the call with a walk-through. This initial call will be followed by a brief house call with key pick-up, payment, “sniff-test”, and any last minute questions. For those who prefer, videos can be made showing location of pet supplies, etc. and alternate arrangements can be made for key pick-up.
Because this is a family owned business, all of our sitters are like family, and therefore, I have total confidence in sharing them with your animal family. In addition, every sitter is insured and bonded. All sitters practice Covid-19 safety guidelines including masks, wiping of door handles, light switches, etc., as well as leash hand-off from the door (or designated place for no face to face contact) for dog walking clients. We are also happy to implement anything you would like to include to help all feel safe and secure.
This Meet and Greet needs to take place at least 48 hours in advance of first service, unless special arrangements have previously been arranged.
Please note: This is different for our "Hotel Buddy" service.
Imagine being able to travel stress-free, whether it be pre-planned or last minute. PetzRFamily2 makes it extra easy with the "Ready-Key" program. At the initial Meet and Greet, we ask each client to provide 2-3 keys that PetzRFamily2 will retain in a secure, locked box. Please rest assured that your keys will hold no personal, identifying information. PetzRFamily2 takes your home and pet's security very seriously and values your trust. We are insured and bonded with Pet Sitters Associates.

"REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS"
To guarantee scheduling needs of all who require our services, we have put in place the following cancellation policy:
Full payment is required prior to your departure.
* New clients: Payment is due at "Meet and Greet" or within 48 hours of booking.
* 7+ days of service and Holidays - 20% of service total due within 72 hours of booking unless waived by PetzRFamily2.
* Major Holidays-Payment in full required 30 days in advance unless waived by PetzRFamily2.
100% refund with cancellation 72 hours+ prior to service.
50% refund with cancellation 24-48 hours prior to service.
0% refund with cancellation less than 24 hours prior to service.
*100% refund regardless of time of cancellation when due to unavoidable circumstances, at the discretion of PetzRFamily2.
