I contacted Cynthia late at night prior to a last minute trip to Napa; and her response was quick, thorough, and professional. The T.L.C. of our sweet dog by Jim was excellent, superior. Our dog was immediately at ease with Jim, clearly happy, well cared for, exercised, and we even received updates and photos via text from Jim while doggie in his care.
